Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, that’s why we encourage you to read them

carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Rossilena Tours. Once you

make a reservation it means that you are agree with the terms. Rossilena Tours may change

on-line these Terms & Conditions at any time. 

1.Cancellation policy

-Costumer

In case of cancellation, the refundable amount will be the 50% of the booking amount.

In case of cancellation 24 hours before the day of the tour, cancellations are not

accepted.

-Travel agency

Rossilena Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour, due to adverse weather

conditions or insufficient passenger number or force majeure 12 hours before the departure

time with a notification to the customer.

2.Pick up policy

For all tours, you get picked up from your hotel or a place close by. When you will book a tour,

we will let you know the exact place and time of pick up by email.  You will also have these

information when the tickets get delivered to you.  Please be at the pickup place 10 minutes

before time.  We indicate to our customers, that buses can have a delay due to traffic

conditions.

3.Voucher / ticket.

You will receive a personalized voucher / ticket for each tour that you will book. You must

provide the original, authentic voucher / ticket to the appropriate service provider (bus driver,

guide) in order to continue with your tour. 

4.Printer.

Please ensure you are able to present the voucher / ticket on the tour day. It is important for

operational reasons. Be sure you have a printed version.

5.Payment.

Rossilena Tours accept payments via credit, debit and prepaid payments, VISA , MASTERCARD,

AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, DINERS and there is no extra fee for processing credit card

payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation of a tour. No refunds

can be done once a tour has commenced.

Credit Card:

We accept payments via credit, debit and prepaid payments, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's Alpha e-Commerce payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

6.Prices.

Prices are based on known costs at April 2017 and can be changed without notice. Prices listed

on Rossilena Tours site are per person unless otherwise specified.  All mentioned prices include

local taxation and have no hidden costs. In each tour listed on the site, you can find what the

price includes. Entrance fees are not included.

 7. Children aged 0-4 years old.

Children aged 0-4 years old are free of charge, but they will seat on the lap of their parent.

 8. Children aged 5-12 years old.

Children aged 5-12 years old, will pay half price unless otherwise specified. Children under 18

years old must be accompanied by an adult. 

9.Seniors.

Clients over 65 years old, will pay half price only for the entrances to archeological places.

The passport should be shown on the day of the tour.

10.Personal insurance.

Is not included. 

You are only covered by accident insurance,if they are within the means of transport.

11.Lost property.

Rossilena Tours cannot be held responsible for any loss of money or personal belongings, that

you had lost on the coach or a place that you had visit.

12.Travelers

The travelers must arrive on time for departure and comply with the instructions of the

guides. The travelers are part of a group during a tour.

13.Drivers.

Our drivers will do their best to drop you off at your pickup place (your hotel or as near as

possible), unless it will not be possible due to traffic conditions. Our guide will be happy to

assist and advise you.

14. Guides.

Each tour will be guided unless otherwise specified. You can choose the language you prefer

from the availables languages for every excursion.

15.Using your information.

The information that you share with us will be used in accordance with Privacy Policy.
